Quick Turnaround on Composite Panels

The end user was referred to Isoclad by an existing client who had experienced difficulty locating a fire-rated solution for their building that could be supplied and installed within a tight three-week schedule.

Modular Panel System for Data Centre

The data centre and offices comprised two-floor build with mezzanine floor and were originally going to be built using traditional wet trade building methods. However, it was quickly established that, due to its pre-finished supply and fast installation times, Isoclad were able to provide a fully certified system that would meet the critical deadline.

The Perfect Choice for Mineral Wool Panels

The ground floor server room was constructed using Isoclad’s acclaimed FireStop 10 fire rated mineral wool panels to achieve a 1hr fire rating and the second-floor office area in Isoclad Fire-stop 12 fire rated panels achieving a 2-hour fire rating, respectively.

Decorative Cladding

The aesthetic finish was crucial for this installation and Isoclad were also able to supply decorative flashings and system components pre-finished and in the desired White Dust Free Laminate Finish.

Technical and Design Support as Standard

At every stage, both pre and post build, Isoclad were on-hand to offer both technical and design guidance and support.
The build was complete within the schedule and on budget and three additional installations have since been secured.
The total m2 for this project was 850m2 with the three additional data centre rooms totalling 1340m2
