Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Isoclad and our sister brand Securiclad, Christine leads the teams across the business whilst developing major projects, managing our products and growing the business.
Formerly the Managing Director of Catnic, Christine has spent nearly all of her working life in manufacturing and 35 years in the steel industry. Christine has a strong passion for developing people and spent her early days in the business building a strong executive team to lead the business to its next stage of growth.

Cefyn Leadbitter
Commercial Director
Cefyn (MBA MCIOB) is Isoclad’s Commercial Director with a history of working in the construction industry. His skills in technical sales, design, business development, quantity surveying and leadership ensure he leads the team in all commercial projects for our clients.
Cefyn takes a keen interest in all elements of the business, from initial enquiries with the sales office, through to the raw material management and production organisation.
This allows him to identify best practice and share his wealth of knowledge across several touchpoints in the business.

Rob Palmer
Finance & Supply Chain Director
Having worked within finance in property, hospitality, health & wellness, manufacturing, marketing, retail, charity, financial & third sectors, Rob’s extensive history across various industries brings a wealth of finance experience to the Isoclad team.
In addition to his finance input, Rob is also heavily involved in the product and materials side of the business, responsible for managing the supply chain. Working with the production and materials team, he ensures that the best quality products are purchased for the best price and are here to fulfil orders for clients.

Alison Rodda
HR Director
Alison is an experienced Human Resources professional who has worked with a vast array of small, medium and large enterprises.
Alison deals with Talent Management, HR Consulting, Personnel Management, Employee Engagement and Graduate Recruitment to ensure that Isoclad’s team is always at the forefront of excellence.
With a passion for people development and investment, Alison ensures all staff are given the training and opportunities they strive for within the business and is currently completing another degree herself in Business Management.

Gavin Rees
Operations & Technical Director
Gavin is a board level leader with a strategic outlook and a focus on execution and deliver.
Gavin’s unique career combines accelerated development through a large multi-national company from a diverse background in the Education sector. This has propelled him to be a skilled communicator with the ability to motivate, instruct, guide, support or discipline as needed.
Gavin welcomes difficult conversations, internally and externally, that inspire and lead to growth and improvement.

Craig Cheshire
Engineering Director
Craig is an experienced mechatronics engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the building materials industry.
Skilled in Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, Craig is a strong engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from University of South Wales.
Craig is currently working with Isoclad and sister brand Securiclad to help the executive team develop, revolutionise and progress the manufacturing function, product and efficiency.

Andy Palmer
Technical Sales Manager
Andy has been on the road as Isoclad’s Technical Sales Manager for more than ten years.
He brings a wealth of expertise to the role with in-depth knowledge in both external and internal composite panels thanks to his seven-year apprenticeship in civil engineering and later his role as project manager.
Overseeing the manufacture and installation of some of the largest composite panel projects, Andy is perfectly positioned to offer impartial, expert advice on applications to all industries, including data centres, cold storage, pharmaceutical and food manufacturing.

Neil Kirkpatrick
Technical Sales Manager
With over 21 years experience in the composite panel industry, Neil has seen the development of the industry, product and manufacturing processes first hand.
Neil has a plethora of experience in terms of composite panel applications and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to client meetings both pre and post project completion both in the UK and around the globe.
As one of Isoclad’s on the road sales managers, Neil is in the front line of our customer contact team and is there to help with queries, quotes and project briefs.

Amy Allison
Business Development Manager
With a sound background in business development and customer care, Amy looks after all of our new enquiries while taking her time to increase awareness of Isoclad’s range of products throughout the UK.
Creating the best possible experience for those in the modular build sector, Amy is passionate about sharing the benefits, uses and flexibility of Isoclad’s products to contractors, end users and clients in a variety of sectors across the UK.
As Business Development Manager, Amy is responsible for visiting and presenting to prospective clients to educate and enlighten with the Isoclad portfolio. Working across sister business Securiclad, Amy is well placed to explain the differences and benefits of both product lines.

Emma Bryson
Key Account Manager
Having worked within the manufacturing industry for more than 15 years, Emma, along with her excellent organisational and communication skills, is perfectly placed to ensure the smooth running of Isoclad’s sales office.
Dealing directly with clients, both old and new, Emma is responsible for the overall sales and quotation processes at Isoclad and prides herself on the excellent customer care each client receives.
With a thorough understanding of the Isoclad product portfolio, Emma is able to progress customer requests through the quotation system and into planning promptly and efficiently, with exemplary communication both internally and to the client.

Andrew Elliot
Business Account Manager
With over 30 years experience in sales, ranging from components to panels, Andrew has a wealth of experience in negotiation, customer service, and problem solving.
Moreover, Andrew spent 10 years in finance with face to face and door to door sales plus 6 years in manufacturing.
Andrew is the latest addition to our customer-centric sales team to assist new and existing customers with quotes and orders.

Gillian Phillips
Sales Admin
Gillian started her career in Administration at British Gas Northern in 1982 and left in 1992.
Gillian then went on to work at Godfrey Syrett Ltd office furniture manufacturer for 20 years in various roles until joining DMI Young & Cunningham a valve manufacturer in June of 2018 until Feb 2022 when the company went into liquidation and therefore joined the Isoclad team.
In her spare time, Gillian enjoys Nothern Soul, working in her allotment and spending time with her grandchildren.

Operations Manager
Responsible for the day to day running of the factory, Mark has a keen eye for efficiency and organisation.
Working closely with all departments, Mark is an integral part of the team, acting as the common touch point for all departments.
Mark has 25 years experience in the manufacturing sector, based in production and product development.

Jonny Hailstone
Systems Manager
As our resident IT expert, Jonny ensures our computer systems run smoothly to avoid any issues or delays.
With 20 years experience in his field, Jonny brings a wealth of knowledge to this role with his experience ranging from VOIP telephone systems to Windows Server installs, as well as DMS and ERP systems.
His knowledge is proving invaluable during the current implementation of the Epicor project.

Jack Dixon
Health & Safety Manager
Jack is an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental professional with a wealth of experience and operational awareness gained from working in a diverse range of high-risk industries. Jack has served in operational theatres around the world with the British Army before trading the Armed Forces for manufacturing. He has since worked in a Health and Safety role within the automotive industry, plastic extrusion, FF&E, and kitchen manufacturing sectors.
At Isoclad, Jack works collaboratively across all business functions to effectively achieve our business health and safety objectives, and to deliver our long-term vision of providing a ‘Zero Harm’ working environment for all employees.

Dr. David Ellis
Quality Assurance Manager
With a background in QHSE management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001, David is well placed to ensure Isoclad is adhering to these standards. Having worked across Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Plastics, Electronics and Manufacturing, David has knowledge of product texting to international standards including raw materials, work in progress and finished product.
This experience, combined with a PHD in Analytical Chemistry, gives David the tools to ensure quality and continuity across both sites.

As a marcomms specialist with experience in account management, customer success and advertising, Lauren has experience of marketing to a diverse audience type.
Beginning her career in a full service agency and having worked in several sectors including finance, retail and medicine, Lauren is embracing the opportunity to use both a digital and traditional marketing mix to promote Isoclad’s products and services in the construction industry and beyond.

Miles Roberts
Management Accountant
Miles is an experienced finance professional having worked in a range of diverse industries from soft drinks manufacture to aerospace, automotive construction, oil & gas exploration/production, education and civil aviation spanning private, public and charitable industry sectors. Miles will be supporting the Financial operations of the business, providing information on which decisions are made.
An avid high-handicap golfer, who loves the ‘wilds’ of Northumberland and is currently working on improving his Geordie accent!

Production Planner
Starting more than 33 years ago on the Isoclad shop floor, Steve brings a wealth of experience and skill to his role as Production Planner.
Working alongside the sales and administration departments, Steve coordinates orders and oversees the logistical side of our business to ensure our customers receive the right orders at the right time.
Steve works closely with our production team to ensure we are as efficient as possible.

Ian Mak
Materials Manager
Responsible for the management and stock control of our raw materials, Ian is an important member of the planning and supply chain teams, ensuring we have the products we need on site and in the right place. He is also able to detect any issues with raw materials during audits.
With a history in retail amongst other sectors, Ian has a key eye for stock management and efficiencies which he is implementing within the Isoclad standard operating prodedures.

Greg Urwin
Technical Advisor
Greg has been interested in testing and design engineering from a young age and it’s this passion that has driven Greg to understand the product from the inside out.
Greg studied Mechanical Engineering at university, and is now the customer contact for all technical enquiries. In addition to this, Greg carries out various testing and provides our manufacturing and design teams with technical calculations and documentation they require.

Accounts Manager
Melanie is a vital part of Isoclad’s administrative function and oversees the daily operations of the accounting department at Isoclad and sister company Securiclad.
Managing payroll, month and year-end processes, accounts payable/receivable, utilities and staff pensions, Melanie’s experience in all matters financial ensure that the department runs smoothly and everyone gets paid on time!

Sara is the first point of contact at Isoclad, dealing with all customers and visitors, and has brought over 17 years experience of administration to the company with the skills and knowledge to assist the business in fulfilling orders for the clients in a timely and well conducted manner.

As the head of our Maintenance Team, Chris is fundamental to keeping the business going, whether it’s fixing a problem on the line or solving an electrical problem – Chris is always there to save the day!
With a varied range of skills and qualifications, Chris is an expert at technical problem solving and mechanical engineering.
Chris’ ability to solve electrical problems has proved very important in his role at Isoclad.

Maintenance Technician
Working alongside Chris in our Maintenance Team, Kye is a fundamental part of the Isoclad team.
Having previously completed projects for the Ministry of Defence as an electrical fitter, Kye has a wide range of experience with electricals and beyond.
Kye is looking forward to expanding his knowledge and expertise at Isoclad, and has already learnt about all elements of the manufacturing process and the technical problem solving required to maintain it.

Maintenance Engineer
Adam joined the team having come from an aluminium extrusion factory, where he started out as a maintenance technician and ended up as maintenance supervisor.
During his last role, Adam carried out maintenance and modifications to a wide variety of automated equipment.
As the newest member of the Isoclad maintenance team, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge to the business, complimenting Kye and Chris.

Shane Kerins
Shift Supervisor
Having worked in the construction industry for 10 years, Shane has experience covering the smelting industry and the engineering of snow ploughs and recycling lorries.
Shane then went on to join the Isoclad team, completing many great projects. Initially, Shane was part of the Customclad team, customising panels to suit the customers needs, working his way up to Shift Supervisor and hoping to continue to progress within the company. Construction has always been a big part of Shane’s life from a young age – he’s always building or fixing something!
