Working with Isoclad
Complete panel systems
10-15 day lead times
The Isoclad factory is located on a 4.5-acre site in the North East of England
Our manufacturing facility is organised into goods inward; panel production; flashing and ancillary fabrication and a large dispatch area capable of loading several trucks at the same time.
There is also a laboratory and machine shop to facilitate our quality assurance and maintenance requirements. We have a thorough system in place known as FPC, Factory Production Control, which means we are constantly checking and logging the output of the production line to make sure the customer is getting the best product we can produce and the quality we strive to deliver.
Committed to protecting the environment with our stringent environmental & recycling policies
Over the past decade, the strength of global warming effects has increased forcing individuals and companies to finally recognise the negative influence that irresponsible behaviour can have upon our environment.
As a large manufacturing business there are many ways in which we can influence and prevent pollution. At Isoclad we are committed to playing our part and have begun to reduce, reuse and recycle as much as possible, with a focus on products and processes from the very start of the chain with our suppliers, all the way through to the logistics operations delivering the end product.
