CustomClad – Reducing your cost, waste and install times on site.

Panel Cutting and Laminating

Unlike traditional suppliers who prioritise what best suits their production capacity, as part of our CustomClad customised composite panel cutting service, we are able to cut composite panels to the exact size and specification you require, allowing for doors, windows, hatches etc.

CustomClad have proven to save installers a significant amount of time while improving on the cost of removing waste on site. The accuracy of the work is guaranteed and associated health and safety issues are removed.

Uniquely, this service comes with on-site technical advice to ensure that the vision of what you require becomes a practical reality. We can design bespoke panels that are based purely on your specifications.

We have recently manufactured customised composite panels that include a number of specialist features including an additional inner layer of plywood to enable hangers to be fitted securely onto the panel, integrated layers of soundboard for additional acoustic insulation, and incorporated extruded polystyrene – Styrofoam, ideal for blast freezer applications. We are here to work with you to provide a total composite panel solution.

Customclad – the customised composite panel

As part of our Customclad service and dependent on the required dimensions, we are able to cut apertures to any desired size or shape.

Custom Laminating

With the availability of this service, you no longer have to think within the “usual constraints” associated with composite panels. Maximum width available is 1190mm. The maximum length is only restricted by handling constraints.

As this is a customised service please contact Isoclad to discuss your requirements and we will be happy to provide you with a quotation.

Materials bonded to date include Mineral Fibre, Styrofoam, Polyisocyanurate, Polystyrene, Plasterboard, Glassboard, various types of wood (Marine Ply, Chipboard and OSB) and also steel to Plywood, MDF and Chipboard.

Panel Manager – Easy to install composite panels.

Starting out as a very clear and somewhat easy concept, often we would hear how self-instructing panels would be key to cutting down on expensive installation time.

By using Isoclad’s Panel Manager service, your panels are packed, shipped and delivered in a numbered installation sequence meaning you unload your panels in line with your project phases.

Core strengths – offering you a choice

Isoclad are the only UK manufacturer to offer the complete range of panel cores manufactured to LPCB test standards; Rockwool and Thermocore PIR. Isoclad are able to offer you an unbiased recommendation on what composite panel is best suited to your application.

Ancillaries and flashings – The perfect match

Most flashings are available up to 3000mm long including plain or powder coated galvanised flashings. We are able to offer flashings up to 4000mm for bespoke requirements.

All flashings are made from the same full prime steel as our panels to guarantee a perfect colour match.

On request, we can manufacture any shaped flashings.

As we can deliver all of your ancillaries, flashings and panels within the same shipment, you save significant shipping costs, time and have the guarantee that you have everything in one place ready to commence installation.

The world’s greenest composite panel – GreenCoat® Mica Bio-based technology

Exclusively available to Isoclad, GreenCoat Mica is a truly unique Bio-based technology (BT) coating to high-quality Nordic steel panels. Opposed to conventional coating formulas, GreenCoat Mica replaces a substantial portion of the traditional fossil oil with Swedish rapeseed oil. This becomes a permanent part of the final coating, making for a healthier environment and reducing the release of harmful substances into the air.

This unique BT coating holds a worldwide patent and offers not only environmental advantages, but also increased performance; highly resistant to corrosion, UV radiation as well as scratches.

Supercare After Service

Each of our customers is allocated a personalised advisor, who will deal with every aspect of their initial enquiry and order confirmation through to shipment to site.

Things don’t always go to plan and when that happens, our expert advisors are here to help. Whether it’s just a couple of more panels or flashings you need, no job is too small, we won’t charge you any minimum order fee, and still, aim to get them to you in double quick time.
