Isoclad are accredited to ISO 9001:2015

Isoclad underwent a stringent audit from The International Organisation for Standardization last week and are delighted to announce that we have successfully passed (with flying colours, we might add!) all necessary elements to be accredited the ISO 9001:2015 certification for Isoclad’s Quality Management System.

To give further insight into the audit process, every department and the way in which it is managed, was carefully audited to ensure that not only were Isoclad’s internal systems and processes in tip-top condition, but that every possible measure was taken to ensure that our customers received the very best possible level of customer care and support.

The official statement from the ISO is:

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and

b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
